TOT - yeah, it's still a (perennial) buy IMO. I just read the 2012 earnings transcript on SA (it's mostly unintelligible - bad English or bad translation??) and it looks OK going forward.

I'll try to answer your other post later when I have access to my stock lists/data.

Re TOT, other french stocks. The french have implemented a financial transaction tax of 0.2% for buying or selling stocks, that includes even ADR's of french companies trading on foreign exchanges. My understanding is that it on for companies with a market cap of at least 1B€, so my holding in BH.PA is not affected (unless it's value goes over 1B€ that is).
