NIce try, MK. "You can attack me all you want". As much bad mouthing as you do, MK, then you expect me to buy your "You can attack me all you want" whining. You and your bunch are the Bullies who do the attacking around here. Countless examples of your subtle and overt tactics can be found. You are very agile and unstoppable. I know you will not go away, so we need only remind ourselves of how you distort 90% of the facts in order to make them look somewhat as accurate as the 10% of your DD that anyone around here pays any attention to. Quit snivelling and continue on with your "boys" doing whatever harm you can do to a company that has proven to many of us that it is doing the right thing. Your day are numbered. Before long, RMIL will finally emerge as "the little company that could" and to try to save face, you will do your best to assume some sort of congratulatory profile. I have seen that act before. The others may buy it, obviously your fellow nays have bought it....but the Cartel will do what the "strong silent type" do. They will remain strong and silent.

Michael,

First of all I am reading this at 8:45 a.m. Thursday morning, so this is the reason for the late response. I am fairly good at legal research (I have published several articles on legal restrictions affecting personnel practices.) I also enlisted the aid of the reference librarian where I research cases. Neither of us could find any reference to the docket number you posted in regard to Baron/Nelsons. I am not saying that it does not exist; only that we could not find it. Please tell me how you were able to find out about the existence of this law suit.

TIA

Doug
