That make more sense and the large debt is not w/o concern. Do you know if Lampert has any say so on the refinance or would he prefer a pre-packaged BK? Also, any way to buy their debt? Does it trade publicly? I bought SuperValue debt at $0.85 on the dollar w/ a yield to maturity of just over 13%. With the recent announced private party buy out their bonds are now trading at PAR and have a 8% yield.

OSH has some very valuable real estate so that is probably all collateralized to the bond holders.

Maybe the better value buy and hold is w/ the debt as long as one would not be wiped out on any BK. Have you researched this?
