Which of course means providing content and keeps AOL tied to the old AOL-Prodigy-Compuserve model as well as trying to compete with Disney, Sony and places like SI. And how long does it take to move from newbie to knowledgeable? Probably about 100 hours of free AOL time. I'd say Nurse Case has his hands full keeping that ward under control.
