You probably have a Wi Fi enabled phone. Yes, but both times I was out of the home and wanted to download something, so turned on the Data function, downloaded the thing (in a minute or so), then forgot to turn off the Data access, so the phone company just charges me 5 pesos every 15 minutes until all the load in the phone is burnt through. Oh well, if there is no way to force it to turn off I guess I'll just try to avoid using it outside the home where I can use wifi. Fortunately I only keep about $5-$8 of load in my phone, so it's not that big of a deal. But still, it's $5-$8 down the drain.
