although insiders can of course buy and sell stock, they are not allowed to do so on the basis of material, nonpublic information..........

unless they all had crystal balls, i find their timing too coincidental.........

1. run up in the stock pre earnings......(55)
2. earnings 3x estimates (53)
3. straight down from there (no Europe approval, weaker scrips, the roche thing, slowing sales)
4. 28

You tell me........the insiders did not know about the upcoming news events? if they did, and sold at the high, that is trading on inside information....and getting rich on the rest of our long positions.

Im sure the SEC is looking into these trading activities

When this stock stops it's freefall, like it's doing right now at the close. The 7 million or so shares that have been shorted will start getting bought back. When this stock starts upticking consistantly, you will see the buying become fast and furious. I'm betting we'll see minimum $35 by the end of the week.

I did a little checking and things don't look as bad as they did yersterday, they never or almost never do. It looks like the roche decision was not one sided and AGPH was not as pleased with roche's approach as it appeared. They wanted to pick and chose which drug to sponser and AGPH can fund its own research now so they agreed to disagree. Also if earnings come out on the low side of the esitmates the PE still looks great. If the bad news is
out (if) it seems reasonable to see 57 to 58 in six to nine months. The company needs to learn how to time its anouncements.

MRI Documents Reversal Of AIDS Dementia With Protease Inhibitors

CHICAGO, Dec 03 (Reuters) - At the 83rd Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America, researchers presented new evidence that protease inhibitors can halt the progression of HIV-encephalopathy.

The study is the first to demonstrate the impact of the new HIV drugs on AIDS dementia, said study co-author Dr. Christopher G. Filippi, assistant professor of radiology and director of neuroradiology at Weiler Hospital, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York.

Magnetic resonance imaging scans of 16 AIDS patients showed that of nine who received protease inhibitors, four showed stabilization of HIV-encephalopathy, four showed near complete regression and one showed slight progression. Six of seven patients not on protease inhibitors showed progression, and one exhibited no change.
