Another contact at company today confirmed no change in schedule, news from earlier posts. I still expect production by mid-February at the latest, and an even shot in January. In my opinion company is wrestling with how many batteries they can guarantee to their 3 or 4 primary customers. Also think selling is tax loss selling, or what I would call "disillusionment selling" on lack of news. This too, will pass.
