I think housing prices magically rising is evidence of one way they hope to avoid the deflationary depression. The flatlined S&P and DOW for well over a decade (and NAZ still way down) show that they have indeed been pushing on a string.

I also think that they are on a tightrope right now in a breeze, and a low pressure system is on the horizon.

but the Central banks seem to believe that if they print enough money they can prevent this ( bullish for POG).

I believe all of Europe is technically in a recession now. that could be the headwind blowing in its face
