Did you feel that way when the Democrats were filibustering Bush's Judicial nominations?

Why do they deserve a vote? If the minority knows a bill is unconstitutional it is there duty to prevent a vote rather than permit an unconstitutional bill become an unconstitutional law. A community organizer might not realize this. Neither might a muslim indonesian citizen nor a brain dead liberal. I don't know what is dumber saying an unconstitutional bill deserves a vote or naming an unaffordabile bill affordable? Which do you think is the dumber of the two? So hard to decide that you can't even answer , right?
