Then why does he keep acting on his own, saying he will act, gets rebuked by the courts on recess appointments, issuing all those Executive Orders and taking so many vacations? Sure looks like the Emporor has no clothes.

There is nothing against the Constitution about any of those things. But if you really do give a shit and aren't just trolling:

-The average President since 1900 has issued 766 executive orders. Obama is on pace for under 300.

-Bush made 171 recess appointments during his two terms. Obama's on pace for about a third of that.

-I don't have the comparison through four years, but through three years, Obama took 61 days of vacation while Bush took 180.

Are these things true or not?
