Because they couldn't definitively go to the person who might have said it/done it because that person was anonymous. So there's the teensiest bit of plausibility. But once again, that teensiest bit is like one in a trillion.

It didn't happen. It's a conspiracy theory, and a dumb one at that. You guys can do better.
