We definitely share a passion for music, you would not know it from my posting but I often listen to classical music in the car or when I am getting ready to go to work.... as I want something that is serene and does not get me to worked up.... Mozart is great to study to....

I can play some guitar and I find it so fascinating that on you tube they will break down songs and so you step by step, at half speed and full speed what they are doing... When I was first learning the guitar in 1974, my guitar teacher told me to watch live musicians.... since I lived in Mendham NJ and there was no live music...... and going to New York City for concerts was a non starter... back then we had no VHS, or cable TV and it was the occasional Don Kirscherner's that might have some live music. I learned about Jimi and Cream as I got to 1977-1878...... although my family was listening to the beatles and some other music earlier on.

Rubber Soul was a very progressive album

Rubber Soul is a folk rock album, [1] and also incorporates pop and soul music styles. [3] The album was described as a major artistic achievement, attaining widespread critical and commercial success, with reviewers taking note of the Beatles' developing musical vision. [4]

Rubber Soul was successful commercially and critically, and is often cited as one of the greatest albums in music history. [5] [6] [7] [8] In 2012, Rubber Soul was ranked #5 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the "500 Greatest Albums of All Time". [9]

Drive My Car, Norwegian wood..... in my life all classics.... the Beach Boys where soon to come out with their seminal Pet Sounds.....

Mo Town was exploding as was the Haight Asbury scene in Russia.

The rapidity that changes came were remarkable.... the energy seemed to be a Third of a third wave mass Psychology and so much of Mass Content had an upbeat optomistic tone.

I don't think we can consider the News, Movies and Content coming out today is as positive....
