Eric you are a different type of investor than I am...I want to know how you finally decide to make a decision to buy a stock....First you do not believe what you read on this thread, second you don't trust what is verbally being said by the company, third you don't believe what is being said by the company in writing...Where do you go to get what you would call proof enough to make you compelled to risk your money?

You can't just blindly say that you can't trust or dismiss a company because of the board they trade on, can you?...In this day and age all kinds and sizes of companies pull the wool over their investors eyes...I.E. Oxford Health, Columbia H.C., we have all seen how even large well thought of companies are lying through their teeth to their investors and even defrauding the world.

You come to this thread day in and day out demanding for us to provide you with enough evidence to convince you to buy into this company, when you know we will never possess what you need to buy into this company's stock...So what is your real interest here.

This is not a bashing post for you, But you come to this thread which is for shareholders to discuss the company and yet you bring nothing to the table but your complaints about the company....If your real desire is to acquire the information we have acquired you don't need to constantly inform the world you are not going to buy. You can lurk and do the same process....

If the JV deal was cooked they are really bad cooks. Why cook a $9m /$300,000 a month deal when they could cook $20m - $30m cash deal. In fact the JV deal sounds so conservative that I have to believe it is real. Just my opinion.

Daniel.
