As I posted in Michal's thread, several years ago when I returned to SI after being away for a few years, Allen sent me a PM to welcome me back.

He stated that he was drafted as mod by the other members when a poster named Keep It Simple was causing a lot of problems. He banned KIS and civil discussions returned.

KIS stopped posting on SI somewhere along the way and his account was removed when Brad came back and got rid of inactive accounts. That is why KIS no longer shows up in the listed of banned users on this thread.

Clean has my vote as well. I clearly remember how disruptive some posters were and I also don't want to go back to that.
