Only the lawyers make money on these suits, unless there is unequivi-
cal evidence of wrongdoing. Hopefully SGI has a staff to handle such
sour grapes. The market goes up AND down!

Laws governing shareholder lawsuits are tougher these days too. Especially in CA where it recently got out of hand.

Nowadays, plaintiffs better have a strong case or they won't even get heard. Meaning no paycheck for their lawyers. <imho> Both sides know this, making it all the more interesting this suit is moving forward.
