Any system which rewards people for not working is wrong. The larger the system put in place to distribute other people's incomes to benefit the lazy and the unfortunate the more waste and fraud. Before government welfare those in genuine need were taken care of by their neighbors and their churches. Now we have welfare queens who have never seen the inside of a church. That is part of the cause for the destruction of American values. Somebody posted on here about smaller governments being better at governing because they are closer to those being governed. It makes sense that most people will not use government to enforce vendettas on thier neighbors.
