I saw volume almost dried up, but Dow kept falling up untill noon and then leveled off.

Hint...hint. This may have something to do with the picture. What was the price doing as the volume was drying up and the Dow was dropping? How did the stock respond when the Dow (market) broke on the upside? Just thoughts of mine.

I was scared to buy and then,...

I read some very successfuk trader said that some of the most successful trades he made are the trades that were the most difficult for him to make. Still, IMO there is no room for emotions like fear and greed in trading, and I magine in particular, day trading. But then we are all able to have these feelings.

Dell at the bottom..
I was lucky today, I saw it stop dropping, was flat for a long time and the market was starting to move slowly upward.. So I thought time to move.
