If you want to discuss the issue of Libertarianism, we could do that, but that doesn't have much to do with the issue of our debt. In case you haven't noticed both sides - republicans and democrats - are working feverishly to regain control of our spending/tax/debt issue. AND that includes Obama in a big and meaningful way. (The one exception is Krugman - but he has no meaningful role in this issue and has absolutely no credibility when it comes to the issue of debt). What I said over a year ago that you drew your new attention - is how problematic our levels of debt could be to the soundness of the dollar. That is what everyone in government is debating right now!
