Mitch--PENC, DSIT--Where do you find these things?
Do you have a link to a web site called insider dumping. I almost wrote the SEC on PENC. I would have if I'd had the address close at hand when I was so disgusted with them. DSIT looks like the worst type of dog. A bad company that tells everyone but you they are about to tank. At least a canny investor would be able to quickly identify this pattern and never get involved. How much have you lost?
