that is the problem with hi tech companies - if any one recalls in the 80thies AAPL was also a great company they invented the PC for corporate and retail guys, then IBM and Microsoft came along and eat their lunch with Microsoft stealing the DOS from a poor guy and sell it to IBM. Similar situation with Control Data - "cloud computing" way ahead of their time, or DEC with the minicomputers and SUNW with their speedy Spark Station bringing computing to WS for trading, Sony with the Walkman and the list is too long..
