All competent and honest scholars are able to repudiate the bible in these modern days. Simply taking apart the absurdity of Noah's ark destroys everything that comes after (which is necessarily linked through the stories) --including all of the New Testament. So it is all nonsense--pure and simple. One of the great scholars on the mythology of the bible is Robert G. Price. Price was a renowned Christian apologist before recognizing that "Christianity simply did not have either the historical credentials or the intellectual cogency its defenders claimed for it." He resigned his Pastorate in 1994 and continues to write books sharing his incredible expertise and mastery of the Old Covenant and the New.
