Bob O.: You wrote, "I also wonder, if ALYD becomes an integral part of CPWR's business plan would they want complete control of their coming and goings? Buyout anyone?"

Who's the buyer, Alydaar or Compuware?

Dave Eddy and J. Mitchell. have you been keeping up with Bob Bemer
and Vertex 2000? If so, can you comment on status of its testing program, marketing
program and effect on rest of industry, especially ALYD.
BTW, local radio station had Jim Lord as a guest. Whole program was
devoted to y2k, He announced that the first lawsuit was just filed against SBT
ACCTG SYSTEMS, a software company, because they want to charge for a remedial
upgrade of non-compliant software they sold them
He also commented that no auto mfr had put complete in y2k ready systems in any
vehicle on the rode at this time. He also stated that only about 43% of 1997 built
PC systems are 2000 ready.

Regards to both of you, BOB O
