Interesting how on the day the FED announced they might cut back on the QE, the bonds begin to rally back up... LOL!!!

Thought I'd take another look at that SPX. This time I went out 4 years and then used 162/81 for a value box re PNF. Once again I couldn't see your number re SPX 775. What I could see was in the 1162 range.

Then I projected a rally into the 1600's and still could only see a 1252/1324.

NOW I won't bet my soul on it.

However unless there is something I am not considering your number of SPX 775 which is much more reasonable than those suggesting under 670-550..

Yet I can NOT see your number happening. If I wanted to ignore my strings I could see an 880. Yet that's ignoring and doing the wishful thinking.

So I'll stick with my numbers, with this thought in mind and a mischievous smile. To get to YOURS you have to go past mine.

So take a peek using PNF and it may give you something to consider.

This maybe true if fed does this too early. My bet is that the fed is as smart as us and will do it too late. So, I don't think your scenario will play out. Guys have become too sophisticated. Every crisis teaches them something..
