Got filled on some SFY today at $13.01. Apparently after it traded well below my price.

Without much work on my part. My additional order for more at $12.51 went unfilled. Yahoo shows book value at $23.80. So it should have good upside.

My largest holding RCKY got creamed today on disappointing earnings but Im holding for the 20s or bust.

Is anyone familiar with the insider buying at SFY ?

Is it encouraged or mandated or tied to grants or anything ?
