Steve,

We seem to be in a classic symmetrical triangle formation right now. This is characterized by lower highs and higher lows through time and diminishing volume. If you look at a chart, you will see the prices converging towards the apex of the triangle. Basically, tpro is consolidating (or basing) right now. It means there aren't many buyers or sellers at this price. Those who got in lower have either sold for their profit or are waiting for a bigger move. Those who are in at 6 1/2 or higher don't see a lot of reason to sell for a loss right now. Everyone is probably waiting for (take your pick) NMS, contract announcements, etc. This is a bullish indicator when it occurs during an uptrend, not normally a reversal.

We are getting pretty close to the apex of the triangle. We should expect a breakout (on high volume) soon (probably in conjunction with NMS or some other positive announcement). Don't be too surprised if it first drops a bit.

I still think we will test the high sometime in Dec (JMHO).
