Deflationary chart, if I've ever seen one..

But what does that mean for the USD? Suggesting the USD is about to soar higher?

Does that mean the Fed is losing control over the markets forces related to the USD level?

Will a climbing US dollar temporarily support US asset prices from capital flight to US markets, despite we all know it's negative for US exports?

I think the Fed's going to remain in an easing mode for some time.. They certainly don't want the USD rising, and suggesting deflationary pressures are taking hold again..

Which probably explains why the markets are up.. They know the Fed will keeping pumping in the juice until it's obvious to one and all that it's not having any impact..

My opinion..
