Ted, Actually, France is not a bad place to be these days.........they get 70% of their energy from non fossil fuel sources. France is a great place to visit. If I could, I'd go there every year. But it's a very hostile place to do business in. Plus the people there seem intent on driving away rich people. Tenchusatsu
