I think so. He also called the bottom I think in 2009 in miners - not immediately but when you bought when he said and held you would have done very well. I sold a lot of my FR because it hasn't been hit as hard but am very confused. A guy I read on the net sold his EXK in Jan. saying that there is no reason to buy miners currently. He was right. He is shorting AG now.

Toby oconner says the yearly bottom will come next week. He has not been so consistently correct lately. Sigh.
