The market is not magic (despite all belief to the contrary), and does a poor job of correcting itself to society's benefit. Left to its own devices, it always funnels benefits upwards.

So you believe in Karl Marx over Adam Smith.

Like I said, liberals believe government should "do something about it," despite the very long record of failure in government choosing winners and losers.
