Turns out, that was not the question of the week for Wall Street. Sure, the jury may still be out. But whatever investors were asking themselves, the answer they came up with most days this past week was “buy.” At Friday’s close, the Contest median was up 9.10% YTD (vs. up 8.06% YTD a week ago). The Nasdaq Biotech Index was up 9.01% (vs. up 6.48% YTD a week ago), while the Nasdaq Composite Index finished the week up 4.98% YTD (vs. up 4.71% YTD a week ago). FILO’s portfolio, up 31.14% YTD, continued to outperform and is still our Contest leader. NIGEL’s portfolio, up 29.81% YTD, took over second place and MOPGCW’s portfolio, up 21.16% YTD, slipped to third place.
