Mr. O'Reilly also believes that Mr. Cowpland's days of running Corel as a one-man show are over.

"I certainly agree that Mike Cowpland is one who likes to move very quickly and make decisions very quickly," said Mr. O'Reilly.

"The types of changes that I see coming, which I think include bringing me on board, indicate some maturity in the management. There's certainly a process now that there are regular participatory meetings with managers.

"If Mike has been criticized for running too much on his own, I don't see that (happening) in the future."

bcoch,
Mr. O'Reilly speaks like a true believer!
Regards,
Kurt P.

"You've got a company that's having difficulty both competitively and on the financial front, so it's probably not fun being the CFO of Corel right now," Wright said.

Right!
