Registering guns will make people accountable for their weapons -- the ones that are now flooding into the hands of criminals via private gun sales without background checks. I don't see how. First of al, you haven't made the case that law abiding citizens are selling guns into the hands of criminals in a flood. Do yo have proof of that? if so, I'm sure the BATF is all ears. registering guns ....how does that make people "accountable"?
