some of my family is in the military. NONE of them would fire on their own countrymen, no matter who gave the order. the police on the other hand, seem to have been steadily dehumanizing us for decades. i'm well aware of the new training posters. they are despicable. police have to deal with the most violent citizens, but we know they have over reacted many times and it's getting worse. the military doesn't have that problem. they don't have to deal with citizens. they're not supposed to deal with citizens. that's why we have a police force.
