Totally spot on in all regards, the types are well known and
documented. Toxic will always be toxic, Ben's number one
fallacy in believing holding to term changes that fact. It's
why MTM no longer exists.

Real interest rates used to be historically roughly
4-6% while return on stocks was always a Vegas game. So
again when did returns of 7-8% become a guaranteed standard?

Hi Yorikke, you have seen the light and not only know exactly what you are talking about but are also able to communicate it in extraordiarily cogent and viceral terms....... There are a number of here who know exactly how this forray by our Central Banks shall end........ and it will end in a huge wealth transfer to the top 1% of society..... and will come out of everyone else everyone else's hides.....
