Jerome, thanks for your support. You clearly see this for what it is and you're very much needed around here. Don't bother trying to get into it with Frank, HR, and the rest of their fans, it's not worth it. They just don't get it. They don't deal with the facts, that's too hard for them. While I'm the guy they all hate, I'm also the guy who was proven right by they very same management team they defended. Ironic, isn't it. What a bunch of losers. That's bull!!! I have done everything I could in trying to get this thread to start talking about AGTI and not ME. It's them who is caught up with ME! All they can do is make posts about ME. Whenever I ask them to talk about the company, instead they talk about ME. Who's caught up with who???? Get it right, pal.

Management is finally listening and we should use it as a positive.

As for this latest news, well, saying that I'm extremely happy would be an understatement! This is the best news they have ever come out with. This is the ONLY chance this company has to succeed, if it's not too late already. The've made a tremendous mess of things. It's obvious that THIS THREAD played a part in this new announcement, and I'm very proud to have been part of it. I realize that the company has been bombarded with unhappy shareholders complaining about management for a while, but I believe that airing their dirty laundry on a public forum was too much for them. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's just a timing coinsidence, but still the same, you can be sure that our words on this thread are reaching management.
The who, what, where, when, why, and how of it is what matters now. Let's wait and see some details. Every shareholder out there should be very vocal about what happens next. The last thing we need is another bunch of misfits in there.
Thoughts of Bob Silzer:
This is his company, he started it. His love for this company and it's products is obvious. But that's not enough. He has enough shares to make him filthy rich if this company gets off the ground. That's what he should focus on, getting this thing off the ground, and that requires top notch management people, which he admits he's not.
His Severance Package" is $5.5 million, but since HE is behind this management change, I don't think he will be entitled to that. We need to watch that closely, Lakhani has a similiar one.
Bob is a good man and deserves to see his company succeed. He is willing to step out of the way to make that happen and that takes alot of character, guts, and balls, and he should be admired and commended for that. He should have done it a LONG time ago. Actually, he did once before when he brought in Lakhani, maybe Lakahni wasn't the right man for the job, or maybe his hands were a little tied at times too...
Whatever, THIS time Bob needs to do it right or we are finished. If the company's patents are worth so much, maybe he should consider selling the company.... I don't know how I feel about that yet but maybe we could start getting some real diolog started on OUR options as shareholders.
