Well, now at least we have an explanation of the slide of the past weeks.
I just hope the the price already absorbed this fact, otherwise...

It's difficult to predict the reaction of the market, usually you try not to retire if your company is on the verge of a major announcement, but the reality is that we do not know what is behind this, so...only time can tell.

Paul: Well, at least we know why C.R. decided to exercise some of his options. Remember, however, that he still has a significant stake in VLNC, which prevents me from developing any pessimism regarding his decision to step down. I AM surprise by the return of the former CEO, but also will admit I'm gonna have to go back and research him a wee bit to determine his viability. I do recall him as being more of a "cheerleader" type of CEO, as a matter of fact, if memory serves, I think he even was in a video where he took a pair of scissors and, while a VLNC battery was plugged into a light, proceeded to cut the battery in half. The results were the light stayed firmly light until the battery was 3/4 cut thru. It was cheerleading of this type that caused the first surge in VLNC.
My thoughts on this? Well, if you've attended the prior conference calls then you know how reticent C.R. was. He, in my opinion, is an example of an engineers engineer. Just the type of individual you want to command a "holed" ship thru rough waters. Not the type you'd want, necessary, to be a P.R. spokesperson for a resurged company and it's vaunted product line. Perhaps Lev Dawson is that type of person.
But before I commit to THAT particular statement I'll have to go back over my earlier research. Meanwhile, I'd have to agree with his "happy to be back" comment. What person wouldn't want to head a company that's in the position we all think VLNC is in, eh?

Regards!

John~
