Pentagon Making Room for Wildlife at Military Bases WR... so it's cool for DOD to increase the number of CO2 and Methane spewing creatures? That's the solution to limiting Carbon emissions? Or does someone else have to pay a carbon tax so that DOD can be permitted to increase their Carbon quota? Btw, aside from the CO2 argument, I'm totally cool with increasing wildlife, so long as there are opportunities to manage and cull the herds (permitted hunting seasons) to prevent overgrazing/crowding..
