Sounds fine until one realizes they the clowngresspeople haven't a clue as to what is being spent, or for that matter how to read a bill that says how the money is being spent. Lobbyist comes to clown says heres $100k for your campaign and if you lose lucky you, you come work for us, and in the end it's corporations that are receiving welfare. Sequester only hurts people, corporations will blame O'care, uncertainity taxes they don't pay, regulations they don't follow, etc.etc. BTW govt isn't divided, they all get paid by their corporate masters. -nfg- :>)
