Remember it all begins with, “We the people…” When read through and through it is to resist tyranny should the government no longer serve the will of the people. And the ability to resist tyranny depends upon “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms.”

It means giving the people the ability to resist tyrannical government and all we have to do is look at world history and know that governments can become monsters and monsters need to be fed. And what do those monsters eat in those governments in those countries? They eat freedom.

Now ask yourself: Do you want to be free or do you want to be taken care of? We put signs up in National Parks telling the tourists not to feed the bears because they will become dependent upon others to feed them. But we now have more people being taken care of by our government than ever before. Why are we so different from the wild bears? (Peter Boyles)
