I've already posted that information for you, with links. I can see how you have a hard time following all these lengthy detailed posts with so many facts. So, maybe you could just go with one. The UN Assistant Secretary General, Denis Halliday, who was the Coordinator of the program in Iraq resigned to protest the sanctions that he termed "genocidal." "I don't want to administer a programme that satisfies the definition of genocide."

It is well documented fact. However, even if you believe it to be a media myth or conspiracy or something ... the fact remains that Madelein Albright's statement of the costs being "worth it" does not change, it was a character defining moment.
