Dave I have read that on some other site too. But aren't we short of holding are selves hostage. The bully down the street(MM's) is kicking your butt. (shareholder) So you tell the Police( SEC) and they kick your Parents (CSMA)butt who then takes you Allowance away. Then you parents (CSMA) get arrested for child abuse. No one to feed you so you die. I know obsurd Something isn't right here. I know who said,, life is fair. P.s I think the right info has to be give to the SEC and this would not happen. Question are we really sure this is illegal shorting or just insecure stock holder speculating and panicing. WE better get some evidence that distinctly points to this illegal activity.
