I don't have cash to buy it at this time anyway...and I would definitely not step in front of this falling knife...but I think it is interesting that those two situations (balance sheet and insider transaction) are there. Even if I won the lottery tomorrow and decided to buy MCP I would wait for their 2012 balance sheet to see what has occurred this (last) year that topples the scales. There HAS to be something. But even so...the $90,000,000 that they received from the sale of 15,000,000 shares of stock (although diluting) increases their cash position even that much more.
