Birds should have several starters coming off injuries from last year. Tried to watch some of the combines. Didn't see any #4 picks in the little time I watched.

i read two weeks ago some inquier reporter said with 3-4 Eagles are likely to release Jenkins and Patterson--i didn't believe they could: he knew what he was talking about. Given they thihey Eagles will not resign Landri .Eagles now have only 3 DTs. Both Trent Cole and Edwards thought to be able to outside positions in the back 4. If they use their #4 pick, it will be for an outside rusher LB/DE hybrid--if there is a #4 level for the position available. i say now it be better than 50 they will trade down. We have freed up 30 million dollars. There is monster sized player out there(340pounds), the perfect NT type(so big he requires two blockers)--but forget his name.i think more and more we will look for an offer from someone with a pick #10 area plus their #2 pick--only if a player we think is a monster gamechanger, a true #4 pick, will we use that pick if we get an offer. Daryl Tapp is also listed as being dumped. Painful part, Kelly said the guy they REALLY would want NOW is Clarence Clemons, who was let go for Darryl Tapp!
