<<<Where is the money? >>>

There is oversight. You are not able to steal from the trust fund. If you borrowed money from the trust fund, you will have to pay it back. Trust me.

"Where is the money? In the Piggy bank?"

Nope; piggy banks don't earn interest. Where's the money in my savings account? Gone somewhere, to somebody, for interest. If there was an announcement to flashmob my bank and pull out yer money, they would be out of cash B4 I drove the 15 minutes to town.

"How do we draw on that fund?"

We don't. Trustees do it for all of us.
