I see Beebe got his marching orders from Sebelius and Obama on his trip to DC, he just vetoed the limited abortion bill that passed the house and senate.

Probably threatened to cut off the teet if he didn't fall in line.....

It's from Bush's first Sec Treas book, Paul O'Neill, who was horrified by the Bush admin's fiscal policies. HE says it's true, Cheney has never denied it, and I believe him.
