Good point Edward. But there is a limitation. Your AGI whether single or married must be under $ 100K for 1998. Also it is not clear if that IRA rollover money (one fourth if you plan to spread paying the taxes in 4 years) is included in that $ 100K treshold. As I understand it you can rollover the IRA anytime beginning 1998, but only next year that you get a sweetener of paying taxes in 4 years. Good Luck on CYMI. We all need it. PAL
