Really!! Tell us why you think that the 233 parts were originally at 3.2v while the 166 and 200 are at 2.8. Your answer to this will tell you why they are junk.!!

By your definition of 3% and 10%, Why don't chip manufactureres arbitrarily change voltages?

I suggest you dont demonstrate your limited knowledge so blatantly.
