It is not my memory that is taxed. It is my ability to comprehend irrational behavior that is taxed. So given that you agree with much of what I believe, how is it possible to support Obama? I already understand the answer better than you do. Conservatives use rational deductions to arrive at decisions. Liberals decisions are reached to to their emotional reactions. Did you notice that tax receipts from higher tax rates is failing to meet projections? It is simply the reaction that people who think rationally expected. Rather than pay higher rates people work less and avoid the extra income. The lower reward for hard work is not as high value as the free time.
