It is just part of the topping process. It is not topless. Government is bankrupt, most people are struggling and money is tight for them. Many in Congress are on the take because they have no other way to earn a living. This is not an excuse or apology, just my speculation. The same holds for Wall Street: they are parasites, not capable of doing anything else. You are witnessing the Endgame here. Very Big Bear is coming and Bernanke will not be able to do anything about it.
