The LAPD acted as judge, jury, and executioner. I guess that it shouldn't surprise anyone at this point when the constitution gets trampled on once more and nobody with the power to do so raises a finger do anything about it. Maybe it is not even worthy of a mention anymore even on an obscure discussion board on obscure thread.

<Christopher Dorner> Ya poor old Dorner -- such a nice guy, minding his own business -- and what do they do? They treat him like a criminal on a murder spree. There is no common sense left in the world. What were they thinking? Why on earth were they chasing after this guy? I am sure if they gave him a few days he would have dropped by a police station to explain that he was just trying to do his civic duty by murdering as many innocent people as time would allow. The police really over-reacted.
