The LAPD acted as judge, jury, and executioner. I guess that it shouldn't surprise anyone at this point when the constitution gets trampled on once more and nobody with the power to do so raises a finger do anything about it. Maybe it is not even worthy of a mention anymore even on an obscure discussion board on obscure thread.

I am sure if they gave him a few days he would have dropped by a police station to explain that he was just trying to do his civic duty by murdering as many innocent people as time would allow. The police really over-reacted.
